Costing
Parts are charged for exactly what is used and at my acquisition cost.
Labor is what I’m making for the actual work of cleaning, component replacement, troubleshooting, testing and packing.
Tax charged on parts and supplies for jobs delivered to Arizona customers. Currently it is 9.1%. If you live out of state and pick up your gear at the shop, the tax will still be charged.
Return shipping and insurance is the customer’s responsibility and will be added at my actual cost. I vastly prefer FedEx for ground shipping.
Updates that are text only are sent regularly and are free.
Warranty
My warranty is life long on labor. If it fails soon, within 30 days, I cover all shipping and costs = free, including parts. Within a year you would pay shipping to get it here and I’d pay for the parts and return trip. Beyond a year you pay shipping back and forth and for parts.
Payments
Email will be sent from QuickBooks and has a button to view the invoice. It can be paid from there with a credit card or PayPal, Zelle or the like can also be used to: randy@outwestvintagestereo.com
